my approach in someways is yogic: I help you hang out at your own edge, learning to witness the self-limiting beliefs it is made of, and you findyourself more organically expanding into the robust posture of aliveness. Deep listening, supports you opening up to dimensions that have been just under your radar, and becoming more of who-you-are-here-to-be. And we are also embodied central nervous systems, finding ourselves in anxiety, rage, or frozen, despite not wanting to be, because to restore resiliency to the central nervous system takes techniques beyond just talking, and I guide you through those techniques.
