my approach in someways is yogic: I help you hang out at your own edge, learning to witness the self-limiting beliefs it is made of, and you find yourself more organically expanding into the robust posture of aliveness. Deep listening, supports you opening up to dimensions that have been just under your radar, and in becoming more of who-you-are-here-to-be.  Talk-therapy alone does not get your heart to stop racing, your voice to lower, or your mind to think clearly, when your central nervous system gets dysregulated; dealing with fight/flight/freeze requires techniques that can restore resiliency to the central nervous system, and I guide you through those techniques.
